GOOD!!
I loved this audiobook, it is very relaxing. The author explains what is stress and why we take the stress.
It helped me figure out that my thinking plays a major role when I am stressed, he author gives tips of controlling the stress as well.

Really practical guide
The author did a good job in putting this audiobook together on stress management and relaxation. Its very practical for anyone in their day to day life who need some advice on how to relax themselves and keep calm when stressed. Free from stress.
I particularly liked the chapter explaining the value of "alone time". I think many people fear being alone for various reasons, but we all need "space". We all need time with ourselves to relax and de-stress. This is a well-narrated book full of value pointers to calm your mind down and stop negative thinking.
