Fabulous Stuff
Another great audio version narrated by Michael Palin himself. I only wish it wasn't the abridged version. The travel book is excellent and the narration, by Michael Palin himself, just makes it better. Brilliant stuff. I hope he keeps making these.

Palin as always a National treasure
Everything Palin writes burns with his interest in, and love of people. This is no exception and even though dated and primarily now of historical interest, it shows an epochal period (post Cold War) up close and personal. As always with Michael Palin, the true heir to Alan Whicker, don’t think about it just download and enjoy!

MICHAEL PALIN'S NEW EUROPE
Another excellent book from the wordsmith Michael Palin, The European programmes were never my favourite favouring instead more adventurous and far off places. But New Europe is both these things.
Having watched the programmes and listened to the audiobook I can visualise what Michael is describing, but there is no need to watch the programmes as Michael descriptions are perfect.
