ADHD has become much more widely understood over recent years. This audiobook contained practical suggestions on tackling daily life, including exercises to help one focus and move past difficult situations. A great listen with lots of great advice & info

This was a very insightful guide for those who are either dealing with ADHD themselves or (like me) those who have a loved one with ADHD. I found this very interesting, informative and positive in its tone and message. Lots of very useful guides, strategies and tips with the main focus on mind mapping. The chapter on the power of neuroplasticity was exceptional. Overall, a great listen with lots of great advice, information and tips.
