Wow, that's good!

A very good ending to a great series. Lots of tension and intrigue. Nothing seems as it is.

Looking forward to listening again.

Interesting Finale

Weird twists and turns in this tale. Guessed part of the ending which seemed to be the only route for story to take. Hope tv serial just as good.

Disappointing

I had really looked forward to this instalment, but it was a disappointment. It seems to have turned in to a trashy romance rather than a spy thriller.
I hope there is a book 4 and that the characters get back on track. Such a shame.

Beautiful

I loved the book series so much and I’m very upset that it has come to an end. Beautifully written and captivating. There were times you laughed and cried.

Loved it!

Great 3rd chapter. I've enjoyed the audio books much more than the TV series, although I haven't finished series 3 yet.
Beautifully read, I found it exciting, funny and hugely entertaining.

disappointing after the first two...

It felt all the way through like I had missed a massive part of the story somewhere. All of a sudden, Eve is madly in love with villanelle, and can't live without her and there is no transition between the two. Eve just moves on from her former life, with no regret, question or thought for her husband or job or colleagues which is just weird that this isn't even explored. She is dependent on villanelle to a point that is cringeworthy, and several times had me saying out loud "come on woman get a grip of yourself!" If I hadn't watched the TV series first, knowing that villanelle is such a fantastic character I think I would have struggled to finish this, which is a shame because the plot is great. I finished really disliking Eve for being such a non entity, and I didnt really think it was necessary to break her character down in this way, she could have been made into a great double agent!

3rd book wrecks the efforts made in the first two

Didn't enjoy the final installment. No deeper reflection, insane plot and felt rushed.

spoilers below

Opportunity for Eve to reflect on what she did at end of last book missed. The fact that she was living with someone with a known history of violence, lying and crazy mood swings didn't really go beyond a high school romance.

Really bad. Only stuck with it to complete series.

Meh. Loses the fun of the first 2 books.

Meh. Loses the fun of the first 2 books. Like so many folks trying to find an ending that will please the masses, this book forgets what made the others so good. Not bad, just not good either.
