Summary
Sometimes the one you want is the one you least suspect....
Accountant Samantha Ennis craves order and structure. As the bookkeeper at the boutique advertising agency she owns with her three best friends, it's her job to apply logic to the chaos. When one of those best friends, laid-back Hunter Blair, moves in to share her loft apartment, Sam's carefully organized world is thrown wildly askew.
Hunter Blair's been the coolest one in the room since elementary school. Until recently, her biggest worry in the world was which of the girls in her cell phone to call on a Saturday night. But it's not long before Samantha sparks a fire in Hunter that has her questioning her old habits and longing for new ones. Isn't it a bad idea to fall for one of your best friends? Samantha and Hunter are about to find out.

really love this series and this book is my favourite. I was unsure on the narration to begin with but actually it really does bring the book to life when u get used to it.

Has everything!
Just finished this book for the second time, as I'm listening to the whole soho loft series again. This book (series) will make you laugh out loud (HARD!!) and cry among others things;) just loved the story and will surely listen to it again.....and again probably. Can't wait for the new work (strawberry summer). And now I'll start with number 3 in the serie AGAIN:)

A charming wlw Soho Loft series romance
Melissa Brayden is a gifted story teller with a talent for charming love stories. I found these stories enjoyable despite Melissa Brayden writing about things she obviously has little knowledge of. This meant I frequently had difficulty believing in the fantasy enough to overlook an almost complete lack of reality, which is especially noticeable in the goings on of the amateurish advertising agency; Soho Savvy would not survive for a second in the real world.
My difficulty, with all her writing that I have listened to so far, is the fact Melissa Brayden's uses words incorrectly at times and it is irritating that a lack of detailed editing does correct this and also some disappointing sentence construction.
Felicity Munroe conveys the emotion in the story well but is not a great voice artist as she does not give the characters different voices, which makes the story difficult to follow at times.
All in all, the Soho Loft trilogy is an enjoyable listen for anyone, like me, who loves wlw romances.

Cute story
Cute story about two best friends finding they love each other. It’s funny & laugh out loud. But the narrator sounds like she’s a young teen & this doesn’t match the ages of the MC’s.

Just as good on 2nd listen
Number 2 in this series and equally as good as the first. Already downloading the 3rd episode.
A good story with all the elements brought to life by a great performance.
Good to know where the "Molly dollies' originated, another good story by Melissa Brayden.

Sweet
Sweet twenty something love story. I usually like my MC’s to be in the older age group but this was a lovely story.

Enjoyed!
I must say I enjoyed this the second book in the series more than the first. A bit more action and faster paced. Was sad it ended.
