Good book, interesting information
loved the information, the entire thing is good except the very final interview part which although has good information the script reader throws off the interview with the script dialog. the author is great and keeps the entire book interesting.

An excellent way to assure this topic
I liked it. I have been going through CBT to deal with some anxiety and this gave me a greater understanding of why we do certain activities and exercises certain ways and it has helped me get the most of my sessions.

One of the Best Book

This short audiobook is full of sound, honest, and practical techniques to apply daily. A lot of self-help audiobooks out there is littered with fluffy, motivational mumbo jumbo that doesn't focus on consistent everyday action.

This is an excellent guidebook.
This is an excellent guidebook. I found this book lots of essential information that's very impotent for my life. What I like best is that it gives the research and background on confidence in an engaging way, but then goes on to have practical steps and exercises for people to follow.
