Great Perspective for Moms
This book shows us that we should not treat our children like little adults but treat them as what they are, children. She lists great techniques on how to really listen to your kids needs and why they might really be acting out and how to get a healthy relationship back with your children in 30 days.

Saved my life!
This book changed how I parent and saved me from many grueling days. If you are constantly at battle with your kids, I can't recommend his book enough. You will learn exactly why your children are misbehaving (it's not the reason you think) and the little things you might be doing that are causing more resistance and arguments. The narrator also has a great voice for the material - a joy to listen to.

Must Have For Every Parent!
This is a fantastic book full of valuable information!
The section I felt that benefited me the most was how to stay calm and manage your emotions when you feel triggered. This is a great guide on how to manage your own feelings while dealing with the difficulties of your child's.
This book was well researched, well written, and well narrated!

Raising emotionally healthy children
This is a great listen that allows us to rethink the way we approach parenting. As a teacher, it is alarming to witness so many people who still punish incessantly or struggle to regulate their own emotions and transfer their lack of control onto their undeserving children. Children (and adults, for that matter) use behavior to communicate. This book provides a fresh perspective on managing challenging behavior in the household. It delves into basic principles of developmental psychology and provides practical advice to begin to change our ways, to promote the well-being of our children.

Excellent Listen!
I learned so much from this audiobook. I have a few nieces and nephews that need a better form of discipline. Once I recommend this audiobook and the 5 step discipline system to their parents, I'm sure they'll see better behavior from their children. In just a few weeks, you can expect your children to improve their behavior!
