Great info
I am a beginner. This book gave me a lot of great ideas about how to start using essential oils. It opened up a whole new world to explore and enjoy many health benefits that I never knew existed!

I am a beginner
I am a beginner and oh did I learn a lot. I have bought the audible version. It will be my BIBLE, where I will write in notes and add information as I come across it. This book DOES give dilutions as well as blending guidelines and cautions.

Great for the newbies!!
Very easy to learn the basics. Well organized, a great handy reference book. If you know absolutely nothing, this book will get you excited and want to experiment. Also includes some very simple recipes for common uses. I was extremely pleased, better than I expected. Would make a nice gift as well.

Good if You're Just Getting Into Oils
If you're like me and just stating to think about tinkering with oils, this is a good listen. It is an easy and fast listen and gets you primed to learn more. Lots of good, basic info that is well presented. I enjoyed it and feel I am ready to move on to a more thorough study of the subject now.

Excellent resource
There are so many easy recipes in this book that can replace the chemicals we're used to using. Even one for polishing cabinets. As a parrot owner I can't use toxic chemicals. I never knew that alternatives were so easy!
