Fascinating
I think it's fair to say that most of us have had some sort of close relationship with a narcissist in one way or another throughout or lives, whether that be in a martial relationship or even at work. Learning how to identify that someone is such is the first step at being able to deal with having one in your life. This book expertly lays out what you should be looking for. As easy as it is for someone to say 'just get them out your life', it's not always as easy as that. This book has you covered and really can help as there are tips and tricks (most notably 'the grey rock method') which you can implement which really can help. Highly recommend this book :)

A relationship saver - highly recommend!!
I had been having relationship issues with my partner for several months so I picked up a few relationship-building audiobooks, this being one of them. I've got to say that this one in particular really made a strong impact on identifying the key issues and allowing the relationship to prosper. I'm so happy that the information was super actionable and easy to digest. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve a significant life relationship. Easily 5 stars!!!

So much wisdom in one book
I am over the moon that I decided to grab this book, not only has it opened my mind to the subtle behaviors I am surrounded by, but more importantly how to deal with them. The grey rock method has been revolutionary for me in overcoming some really tough situations recently. The author is great at explaining things to really give you clarity. I wish I had this book sooner, a necessity for anyone who has or thinks they have a narcissist in their life.

Whether it was in a marriage or at work, is that just me?
You have to recognize them for what they are before dealing with them.
You will find all the information you need in this audiobook.
Although it might seem easy to talk about it, the action will make a difference.
And it isn't easy. However, the tips and tricks are worth the audiobook's price alone.
There's a lot of actionable stuff in this audiobook.
I'm so impressed. It is a learning overload but in a good way!

An enlightening listen
Narcissism is not always easy to detect so it's great that this book gives you guidance on how to recognise the signs and how to detect subtle narcissistic behaviour. I loved that it included the various myths associated with narcissism as well as techniques and strategies of dealing with this behaviour. It was a great listen that provided real and practical solutions.

Frank, honest, practical and enlightening
This book is painful to listen to sometimes - because it's so good at describing the traits of narcissism. It is something I had not realised was happening and when I look at some of my own relationships it is now so easy to see what was going on. It is something I have experienced at work more than anywhere else and just putting a name to it and understanding it wasn’t my fault has really helped. It also helped me understand why some people I know struggle so much with their parents and ex’s and why they have low self esteem. It was therefore uplifting to hear about what to do about it and how to live with it. It recognises that we can love those who are a narcissist - the answer isn’t, and can’t, always be to walk away - especially if the source of the pain is a parent or sibling. This book doesn’t pull any punches, it is frank, honest, practical (with easy-to-do solutions) and it’s enlightening.

I finally excavated a gem in Audible!
Apparently, this is the perfect breakthrough that I found out about narcissism recently. I have been a narcissistic victim for many years at my workplace, and this audiobook came out as a lifesaver! What I hardly understood was the relationship between codependency and narcissism, which is brought out loud and clear through this. One should be daring to present such an informative set of data on such a controversial subject, and I must insist that the author has succeeded in the challenge. By the completion of the listen, I was well-informed about dealing with narcissists, which had been something very disturbing and painful throughout my life. I've been suffering from no choices, but now I know how to do the trick! Highly recommended, really worth the purchase.
