Summary

Charles Dickens is known for writing the greatest of all Christmas stories: A Christmas Carol. But few know that he wrote a number of other short stories for that holiday season. Here in one wonderful audio collection are six short stories about Christmas: "A Christmas Tree", "What Christmas Is as We Grow Older", "The Poor Relation's Story", "The Child's Story", "The Schoolboy's Story" and "Nobody's Story".

Very boring voice

The stories have no story to them and the voice is enough to send you to sleep

Not the best.

I can see why Dickens publishers were not happy with him. The a couple of the stories where just a jumble of words pick from a dictionary. How some were pick as Christmas stories I cannot see, having “They asked who was staying for Christmas “ doesn’t make the story about Christmas. The only good thing about this book was it was on the temporary free list.
