Hilarious!

The narrator makes it really song. A bally top old cove, what? Really does the characters justice.

Jeeves at his best

I read P.G.Wodehouse whenever I feel down and in need of some kind of comfort ,so it was with pleasure I discovered I could listen to my favourite Jeeves stories. I chose with a slight hesitancy in case I would be disappointed but this was not to be the case. Martin Jarvis reads the story so well that I was again transported to that perfect Wodehouse world.

Jarvis is the ultimate Jeeves and Wooster

A superb set of short stories from P.G. Wodehouse featuring the famous characters of Jeeves and Wooster. Martin Jarvis is probably the best narrator of the J&W books I have come across. Excellent lazy Sunday listening, highly recommended.

Timeless Classic

PG Wodehouse writes beautifully with unique and clever wit and Martin Jarvis has interpreted it wonferfully with an excellent repetoire of voices. The humour is timeless and the use of language is stunning. Prepare to laugh heartily!

Fun but short

Jarvis is a brilliant narrator and brings characters and story to life. My only complaint is that it’s a bit short.

Excellent book but...

this was a great book but i don't think it was unabridged. it had the chapters in a different order and missed out a few sentences in every chapter. that's according to my copy anyway. but i'm not saying against the book

Wodehouse and Jarvis are a brilliant combo

Martin Jarvis is, of course, flawless in his reading of peerless Wodehouse.
They save the best 'till last here, listen to the end.

Good

Great narration, and I really enjoyed the book. I did prefer 'Leave it to Psmith' also by PG Wodehouse.

Excellent

Enjoyable and well-read. It’s like listening to a dramatisation. Much better than any other narration I’ve heard
