Beautiful!

I enjoyed this lovely listen, a one-of-a-kind guide to support the mental and emotional well-being of health care workers. This is a demanding line of work, exhausting and draining on so many levels, so books like this one provide a way out and some much needed relief from the chaos. Much needed

Working in the healthcare industry can leave you vulnerable to stress and burnout because you guilt yourself that taking a rest hurts other people. This book will help you understand the physical, emotional, and cognitive symptoms of burnout and the impact of burnout on patient care and the healthcare system as a whole, giving you a fresh perspective for rest. Fantastic resource

While I am not a healthcare professional, this was extremely eye opening and the foundations of this book can apply to multiple professions. It has valuable insight on stress and burnout, and how to navigate them; something that is incredibly valuable in the world we live in today. Healthcare workers really are the unsung heroes of society, and this book has given me a new perspective on them. They deserve more than they get, and this book is a fantastic resource for them to manage the stress and emotional toll the job takes. Highly recommend!

This is an incredibly helpful audiobook !

My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD while in law school in her twenties. Many of us in my generation were never diagnosed but nonetheless suffered from it, I realize now. The ideas in the audio were really useful in overcoming distractions in my daily life. I loved how the book was written in simple English so that average people (like myself) who are unfamiliar with the condition could better grasp it.
