Summary
A station at the edge of the galaxy is about to become the center of the universe.

Amazing value and a great read.
Only gave it 4 stars because I preferred Mercy for Hire and Galaxy Outlaws which I both rate 5/5!!

Consistently engaging
just start at the beginning of the series and work your way chronological forward. The best narrative and performance on any audible book

Very enjoyable!
The narration is superb. The storyline and characters aren't as enjoyable as Galaxy Outlaws (IMO), although the story is set in the same 'universe' with some nice crossovers. An epic tale that mixes scifi and fantasy really well. A pleasure to listen to.

Phenomenal!!
Incredible story telling. Not just great value but brilliant SciFi full stop. I'm an avid reader of the genre and originally started listening to the Black Ocean series just as something light to listen to while i work that represented good value for my Audible credit. But it is so.much better than that! It consistently delivers and the scope of the Astral Prime series really blows my mind. Looking forward to meeting Esper and Kubu again in Mercy for Hire, but i will miss these characters greatly Even Kane....

easy to listen too with mention of some of your favourite characters, narration again is pleasant to listen too, just an overall amazing book well worth the credit or the price, really hope to see more collections from the author I hate having to hunt for book 2,3,4,5 ect ect

bit slow in the middle.
I enjoyed the seroes but its not as good as Mercy for hire. Will listen to more of his writing though.
