Summary

Jude Lockwood, the hot and nerdy bassist for Indigo King, is a self-proclaimed player. Always has been, always will be. That is until he volunteers to help his best friend, Ren, with her baby daughter, Charlotte.

Jude doesn’t do feelings. Or relationships. And he certainly doesn’t do parenthood. But little Charlotte (a.k.a. “Charlie”) didn’t get that memo, and she’s got him wrapped around her pudgy little finger. Add the growing attraction happening between him and Ren, and all the lines he’s drawn around himself are blurring.

Enter the dating site that Ren makes him join LastPersonOnEarth.com, and Jude may have found his person. But his growing feelings for Ren might sabotage everything. Which one will Jude choose?

Love Jude & Ren!

I have fallen in love with the Near Miss series, and this third installment is my favorite so far! Best friends to lovers, slow burn, single parent, rock band, it pushes all the right buttons and wormed it's way into my heart. Jude and Ren have been friends forever. Now a single mother with baby Charlotte and that little one has won Jude's heart. But it's not just Charlie, there is something more building between Jude and Ren. But Jude doesn't do relationships. And Ren keeps reading into everything. Will these two find their way to happiness? I love this story! The protectiveness Jude feels over the two of them, the slow burn building, the misunderstandings that are incredibly frustrating and the help of the people we have gotten to know and love from the first two stories! This is a fun, easy listen that made my hear happy!

Ryan Lee Dunlap and Addison Barnes are our storytellers and they give us all the feels! I love these two together! Dunlap falls into the part of Jude. Conflicted, loving and so adorable with Charlie, he is a character impossible not to love. Ren knows her feelings, and we feel her pain and excitement through Barnes. It's a great listen and series!
