Summary

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his book How to Survive the End of the World (When It’s in Your Own Head) is comedy writer Aaron Gillies.

Most commonly known by his Twitter handle, TechnicallyRon, Gillies has written on the subject of mental health for various magazines and blogs. Injecting his dark and brilliant humor into his original Twitter content, Gillies has become a viral phenomenon. And he’s set to continue this with his latest book, How to Survive the End of the World (When It’s in Your Own Head)

Aaron Gillies talks to us about identifying anxiety and what can really help when living with it, the role that humour plays in his own mental health and what the experience of recording the audiobook was like.

Excellent insight

This was an excellent insight into the book. Aaron really came across as wanting to help and was easy to listen to. Understanding of a crippling condition.
