THE TWENTY-FIRST CLIFFEHAVEN NOVEL BY SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR ELLIE DEAN

The year of 1947 is almost upon them, and the community of Cliffehaven is still reeling from the tragic loss of Gracie, who left behind two young orphans.
Polish refugee and nurse Danuta made Gracie a promise: to love and cherish her children as her own. But with her husband’s health failing, can Danuta’s promise be fulfilled?

Then a bitter winter storm cuts the town off. Peggy Reilly and the rest of Cliffehaven must pull together to survive.

Keeping a promise in the face of adversity is never easy. With the support of those around her, can Danuta find a way?

The error in the original recording has been corrected and it was a joy to listen to it again. Wonderful story. Look forward to the next one xx

Book 21

I was frustrated as I heard the last chapter (19) first, on audio there is a mix up the chapter numbers. Chapter 1 is the intro, chapter 2 is 19, and then chapter 3 is 2 chapter 4 is 3 and so on. Then chapter 20 is chapter 1.
However once sorted, it was another fantastic story from Ellie Dean, with Peggy Riley and her family. It is brought to life by the narration of Julie Maisey, I hope there is another book.

This is an excellent addition to the Beachview series. It was great to catch up with Peggy and family and follow up on what happened to Gracies children from book 20. Yes, the chapter mix up was annoying but nothing unsurmountable. Highly Recommended listen.

Great to catch up.
