Trapped in a loveless marriage, Marjory Macpherson rejoices at the news of her husband's death, only to find that he is, in fact, very much alive. Marjory has spent her life hating the Camerons, waiting for the day that she can avenge her father. Now suddenly, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to a man who is the enemy.
Cameron Even awakes on the side of a Scottish mountain trapped in another man's body. Despite evidence supporting his 15th century existence, Cameron is faced with the fact that the few memories he does have clearly depict a different kind of life, one that will not exist for another 500 years.…

If you could sum up Wild Highland Rose in three words, what would they be?
romantic historical dramaWho was your favorite character and why?
I liked the hero and heroine equally.Which character – as performed by Ross Pendleton – was your favourite?
All of them. He even does the villains well.If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
No idea. I wish books were never made into films. It spoils them.Any additional comments?
Although this is called a trilogy, there is actually no connection between the books, unless it's the time travel element. This, as with its predecessor, is a great stand-alone novel in its own right. Unlike with a lot of romance novels, there's no dominant hero conquering the female. They're equals. This is full of powerful emotion and strong characters.Highland romance at its best
