I had heard of Russ from his Radical Candor days without knowing much more about him until I heard him speak on the Coaching for Leaders podcast.

The audiobook was brilliant, the perfect balance between content and stories/examples to back up. Russ’ reading himself is engaging, funny and frank, I loved it.

I can’t recommend enough, get it.

Excellent leadership guidance by Russ. He brings it even more to life by narrating it himself. The examples are very helpful to drive home the point and he regularly rewinds back to previous topics to further reinforce the point to help these concepts stick.
