Erin Hanson thought the hardest part was behind her...With Amelia by her side, Erin finally has a chance at the eternal love they once thought impossible. But as Erin’s thirtieth birthday approaches—and with it, the deadline for her transformation from human to vampire—the certainty of their future starts to unravel. Mysterious changes in Erin make her transformation dangerously unpredictable, threatening the life they’ve dreamed of sharing for eternity. Desperate for answers, Erin and Amelia travel to the shores of Ireland, seeking guidance from the only known couple to achieve a successful human-vampire bond. There, they stumble upon an ancient prophecy—a legend of a vampire who can restore sanity to the Fallen. Could Erin's changes be tied to this myth? As they uncover secrets that could change everything they know, their journey may not only decide their happily ever after but also shape the future of both the human and vampire worlds. With tensions rising between both worlds, and enemies lurking in the shadows, Erin and Amelia must navigate a web of deception that could alter the fate of both species forever. But one major question looms: Is the world ready for what their bond might unleash?

There are so many things you don't expect!
We experience the development of Erin into the most beautiful mate for Amelie and so much more.
The two are blissfully happy to have found each other and are just waiting for Erin to change.
Vampires in this series are really something else and still fulfill some of the already known characteristics.
In my opinion, everything that happens is thought through , fast paced and absolutely brilliant.
Fresh and new!
Despite the fact that it happens quickly, it's quite comprehensible and there are enough questions that remain unanswered.
As expected, they are extremely hot together and so there is enough spice! Loved it!
I love and adore this story
