They are made for each other. But can their love survive the ultimate test?

After her white-roses-and-sunflowers wedding, Vanessa is living a dream. Her cold, lonely house finally feels like a home. She has her beautiful Emma to love for the rest of her life, plus a daughter and a grandchild to grow old with. What could go wrong?

Plenty, her persistent insecurities whisper.

Emma’s dedication to teaching keeps her busy, but with Mistress’s guidance after their recent trip to LA, Vanessa quells those once incessant inner voices with plenty of delicious sex. The passion is even hotter, and maybe, if Vanessa delicately pulls a string or two, Emma may never be too far from her again.

Yes, life is—finally—just about perfect.

Then one tiny bump under her fingertips brings all Vanessa’s anxieties roaring to the surface. And as she and Emma navigate perilous emotional waters, Vanessa fears her fate is sealed—and she is destined to lose everything. Including Emma.

Note: Vanessa is the final book in the series that begins with Mrs. Middleton and continues with Teach Me.

This is a beautiful love story that is an emotional journey of surviving life! It is a tender glimpse into an age gap romance that comes from the heart. 💖
However cancer is a gene nobody wants and hard choices are made. Life changes that have consequences, sadly. 😪
Excellent narration, a pure joy to listen to, delightful performance. 🎶

EMOTIONAL JOURNEY. 💖

literature every woman should read, this kind of trauma ruins relationships, and only honest communication will get you through. expertly told from both mc and handled emotionally.
Great narration as Kate Walsh shines with her performance.

Vanessa is the final instalment in the 'Mrs Middleton' series, we deserve better ! This is a poor ending to the Series, we are subjected to nearly ten hours of sadness, angst and a whiney voiced Emma (the Narrator has never got Emma right). There is no real HEA, we have an epilogue that is essentially a sex scene (an epilogue which is one of the short stories in the erotic compilation 'Her' now that was a waste of a credit as well)! Some of the character's from the 'L.A. Lovers' crossover make an appearance and although not credited they are voiced by Tessa Stavers which worked better. Vanessa and Emma the characters deserved a brighter final instalment along with the readers/listeners ! The author has got this one wrong ! The best bit is the sultry audio cover, that's one plus about MT her audiobook covers depict gorgeous women that we can see 'in our minds eye' as we listen !

Final Instalment !
