Özet
Welcome to the first installment in the captivating world of the internationally #1 bestselling Vampire Academy series, where love and loyalty run deeper than blood.

“We’re suckers for it.”—Entertainment Weekly

“With social angst that every teenager can appreciate and sexual tension that leaves Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight looking like a children’s book, this little gem is sure to be a hit.”—VOYA

Lissa Dragomir is a Moroi princess: a mortal vampire with a rare gift for harnessing the earth’s magic. Her best friend Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir: a guardian whose blood is a powerful blend of vampire and human. Rose’s life is dedicated to protecting Lissa from the dangerous Strigoi—the fiercest vampires, who will stop at nothing to make Lissa one of them.

After two years of freedom, Rose and Lissa are caught and dragged back to St. Vladimir’s Academy, a school for vampire royalty and their guardians-to-be. But inside the iron gates, life is even more fraught with danger . . . and the Strigoi are always close by. Not a fan of the narrating but my love for this series made me put up with it.
Gonna give Frostbite a chance with a different narrator.

The way the narrator did Lisa and Mia's voices will forever haunt me. I wanted to revisit this series in it's audible format but it's true the narrator makes it a little unbearable. Still I had a good time reminiscing. Hoping the new show coming up will do the books justice.
