Özet

Lola

I've never believed in love at first sight. Insta-lust? Definitely. But it's impossible to fall in love in a day. So when I meet a sexy-as-hell Frenchman at a music festival the summer before my senior year of college, I'm determined to keep him from stealing my heart. I didn't plan on Luc. He's got the stars on his side and won't let me go without a fight.

Luc

Lola has me bewitched from the moment I see her. I know we're destined for more than a weekend in my bed. But I have to return to France in a few short weeks, and she's afraid to let fate take control. I've only got a few nights under the stars with her to prove we've got more than desire between us. I'll make her mine and show her love can strike without warning, just like the storm that brought us together.

I read this novella when it was first released & I knew once the audiobook was available I needed to listen to it. As a fan of Kim’s books she has brought a fresh and new story to life. Will Watt is spectacular as always ( he’s attention to the details of different accents he portrays makes this story believable) Em Eldridge is a new narrator to me, I felt like Em was just reading a script (there was no significant change in her pitch or expression in her voice) to make me believe what she was reading was real. I will always love the story first and foremost and as the option is only mine, I hope that you do give this audiobook a chance.

I need my own Luke 😊

Was it a thunderbolt of love or Love at first sight? I so enjoyed this novella by Kim Loraine. The duet narration was perfection! I loved Will M Watt’s French accent. Em Elderidge was the perfect voice of Lola. The imagery in this story was so well done with the night sky and the stars shine down. Instant love stories have intrigued me because sometimes you just know! I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. I will definitely listen to more books by this talented author and narrators.
