The book has made me think/question some bias, mainly amongst stereotyping. It’s a great start point for me as my business is expending and the information will hopefully guide me down the right path in terms of staff selection and communication.

This book is well-narrated and of an appropriate length. However, this book encourages a "safe space" mentality: that is, people should go out of their way to avoid any kind of discomfort or disagreement. It also makes the presumption that information that is "well researched" will make us comfortable, when in reality sometimes facts and the Truth really do hurt. This book is also overly concerned with the topic of sexuality, and with the current trans controversy going on in several countries now such as the United Kingdom and United States, is slightly dated.

Dangerous book & encourages "safe space" mentality

I can’t describe in few words how stupid the book is, the author presents some statistics but non associated with the reality, at some point the author wants me to swallow all the nonsense that come from people with mental disorders without challenging their ideas, that will not ever happen to me.
Message to the author:
They are two genders, male and female, the rest of them are people with mental issues, and their need to be help by professionals

I understand why this book has so few stars… it’s because most people who have read the book felt attacked by it, exactly because they think in biases themselves.

So the book proves its value because it stirs people well, being a mirror to their own self.

The book does not attack anyone, but tries to argue that everyone should have more awareness of their own biases.

If you say this book is dangerous, you have a problem with yourself.
