Özet
Noted empowerment coach Margaret Lynch Raniere introduces the hidden power of the four lower "empowerment" chakras-root, sacral, solar plexus, heart-and the groundbreaking healing techniques she created to heal them using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as "tapping." These four chakras are the source of the exact rising empowerment energy you need to feel, speak, and act with confidence, courage, and deeply felt belief in yourself and your value. However, these are the chakras that get blocked with long-buried fears and pain that create self-doubt, procrastination, playing small, and years of trying to prove you're good enough. Healing these lower chakras will help you reclaim your inner power so you can stop proving and start being your most powerful, passionate, and authentic self.Margaret includes unique Healing Experiences for each chakra based on a specialized approach that she developed over more than a decade of work with thousands of clients. In these sessions, Margaret guides you through four stages of empowerment, chakra by chakra. In addition, Harvard-trained psychoanalyst Dr. David Raniere shares a psychological perspective on chakra healing as well as commentary and exercises to help integrate the Healing Experiences. If you've ever felt stuck, unfulfilled, or found yourself playing small time and time again . . . yet you know you are meant to be, do, and feel something bigger, Margaret's step-by-step program will help you unblock your empowerment chakras and step into the next best version of you-fearless and vulnerable, confident and real, strong and compassionate . . . powerful but never "perfect."This audio product contains a PDF with supporting material, and the PDF is available to download Alternative & Complementary Medicine Personal Development Personal Success

I loved unblocked, listening to the audio was a little harder when it came to doing the tasks though.
Although the scripts are available online, to read this book again I will buy paper / hard book and make doing the work much easier

Loved the book. Thank you Margaret

No full pdf makes this audiobook a failure. That Audible have allowed this is a great disappointment.
The author is not the only reader as well.
The information in the audiobook is good though.

After a false start with the intro, I began sgain some months later with chapter 1. What a strong resonance!! I really thought I was finally on to something helpful. BUT - the accompanying pdf DOES NOT contain the tapping scripts meaning you can't read aloud as Margaret suggests. NOR can you know when to move from one tapping point to the next. Finally, there are no links to bonus material and discussion.

fatally flawed audio - buy the (paper) book
