Özet
 A one-of-a-kind, hilarious, high-stakes murder mystery!
“Funny, heartfelt and I loved the mystery” – Rosie Talbot, author of Sixteen Souls

“How many weeks before the ghost of your unspeakably generous organ donor ascends the glitter escalator to heaven, Jess? Six weeks? Eight? Or maybe never unless you bloody well help her find out why she was murdered…”

Seventeen-year-old Jess wakes from an emergency heart transplant to discover she's being haunted by the disgruntled ghost of her donor - teenage socialite, Tilly. And she won't leave Jess in peace until they unravel the mystery surrounding her death.

Their investigations take them deep into Tilly's luxurious heiress life - from private schools to Swiss banks and high-end hotels.

But the clues lead somewhere darker than either of the girls could have imagined. And if Jess can't solve the murder in time, her own life may be at risk...

A hilarious, heart-racing murder mystery like no other.

Perfect for fans of Holly Jackson, Benjamin Dean and Netflix's Inventing Anna.
An ambitious, tightly-plotted, laugh-out-loud read that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Perfect for TikTok and Bookstagram, with shades of Only Murders in the Building and the film Ghost.©2023 Sue H. Cunningham (P)2024 W.F. Howes Ltd Action & Adventure Cinayet Ghosts Literature & Fiction Mysteries Mystery & Suspense Scary Stories Suç Lanetli Kurgu Esprili Komik Samimi

So I went into this book blind. I brought it ages ago and have had the audiobook a while too after a sale…I don’t do this often but I thought, why not.
First surprise, I wasn’t expecting this to be British for some reason 🤣🤣 wasn’t a bad surprise, just caught me off guard. That being said, I thought the narration was really good and perfectly captured the young Jess (FMC).
I really enjoyed the British human and the plot! It was a fun murder mystery, full of adventure and twists.
Although this is a funny lighthearted book, it does cover some difficult subjects like mortality and death. I think it’s done really well, with humour of course.
Written in first person with a single POV. Narrated by Melissa Vaughan. YA Murder Mystery, Supernatural, Comedy, Polar Opposites/Unlikely Friendships.

This was a really fun murder mystery!

Best character ever! She is sassy and hilarious. The voice of Tilly is also great and fits her personality.

I love the Tilly character

Great storyline, easy listening with heartfelt moments. Sad for it to end! I hope there's a 2nd book.

Would suit young teens as the plot and humour are very simplistic. The ‘twist’ isn’t really a twist just someone unexpected committing the crime.
The posh girls speech is such a bad imitation of how posh people speak it becomes very irritating

Quite boring
