This title uses a narrator's voice replica

A voice replica is a computer-generated voice created by a narrator to sound like their voice.

Dr. Bruce Thompson is an extraordinary engineer working for a private space company. After years of preparation, he's selected as the sole passenger for a new spacecraft that will study the heavens like none other.

After years of travel in another galaxy, communication with home is no longer possible. As years pass, the Company gives up declaring their investment is lost in space and Bruce's wife and son must move on alone.

Decades later, a deep-space probe enters the Milky Way into Earth’s high orbit with technological ideas beyond anything known. The information, delivered by the advanced device, is so valuable that top scientists and engineers assemble at Area 51 in order to implement science breakthroughs. Dramatic events reshape life for the gifted scientist, unexpectedly hindered by aggressive Sombrero inhabitants following him home.

En alakalı
A decent story spoilt by extremely poor narration, allegedly spoken by a created voice - and it sounds like it too with emphasis in all the wrong places. If you get to the end of this book without getting thoroughly irritated by the narration than you’re more patient than I am and I have listened to over 700 books!

Poor narration
