Narrator mispronounced a handful of names.

The story loosely covered AEW’s first 5 years but in such a brief way. I would have wait for their 10 year anniversary to release a book.

It’s “fine”

Nothing new at all

If you’ve followed wrestling for over 10 years you’ll be very familiar with the story of AEW, therefore nothing discussed in here will surprise you. If you’re looking for revelations about Cody or Punk then you’ll find nothing of note.

Nothing no one already didn’t know.

It's nice that The Inside Story of All Elite Wrestling can be breezed through in a few hours, yet unfortunately this means there's not a lot of depth here. AEW is (at the time of writing) over seven years old, and that's not a lot of history, but this audibook lacks juice. The performance given by the reader was fine, but maybe it could've done with an AEW executive or talent's voice to give it a sense of authenticity.

More All Too Short Than All Elite

There's definitely a good book to be written about the history of AEW, this fluff piece is not it. I'm sure the physical book has some nice pictures but I listen to more in depth, longer wrestling podcasts than this brief audiobook. Really nothing new here.

What a missed opportunity
