Good advice overall, but too much emphasis on spirituality for me. However I would recommend to anyone struggling with their blood pressure.

Good advice overall

I think the problem with this book is that it is created by a team of writers, yet presented as one voice.
I thought there was so much wonderful information in the early part of the book ... but as it progressed to more of a Christian doctrine it lost me along the way.

A book that lost me along the way

Struggled to finish it. First part was great, learned a few things but slowly religious quotes from the Bible took over and I didn't enjoyed that. There was no warnings in the title the this will be the case.

Religious book? I did not see that coming.
