A rebel and a sage, Jeremy Van Wert has ridden his bicycle across America, been invited to be in The Blue Man Group, and blared “Take This Job and Shove It” from a boom-box as he quit a job for the Social Security Administration.
His escape from the dogma of religiousness, the bland-sameness of the suburbs, and the 80-hour work weeks of a CEO have allowed him to find balance as a writer, a therapist, a high-potential coach, and a soul-guide. Jeremy’s journeys—both out in the terrestrial world and within the intermingling folds of his inner mind—have spurred him to overcome his roadblocks and finally ‘answer the call’ to live his life’s true purpose.
And he wants you to, too.
With his “wildly honest, funny, and inspiring memoir,” Jeremy shares the ups, downs, and all-arounds that led him from the perpetuity of the vice principal’s office and being chased by the cops to living the soaring life of a ‘high-altitude mindset.’
In both his short-term ‘failures’ and his overarching joys, Jeremy shows and tells and entertains as he lays out a plan for ultimate and awakened consciousness in this life—right now.
