The jawdropping and twisty new thriller from the author of The Perfect Father.

Four pregnant women. Three nights of pampering at an exclusive yoga retreat. One too many deadly secrets....

On a remote farm in the deepest Devonshire countryside, four pregnant women arrive at an exclusive yoga retreat for a five-star weekend of prenatal pampering. The location is idyllic.

Their host, Selina, is eager to teach them all she knows about pregnancy and motherhood. But, like Selina, each of the women has a secret.

And secrets can be deadly....

Listened to around four hours and couldn’t believe nothing had happened. I skipped through chapters to the end and realised I hadn’t missed much by doing this. The narrators were very boring I’m afraid.

Disappointed

slow burner, i had to go between reading the physical copy and listening to the audio as i was beginning to get bored through the first 40%. pleased i stuck with it to, as it did pick up through the next 60%, if you looking for a read with a big plot twist this book is for you. i do wish we heard more about Badger, and his story. It felt almost rushed towards the end.

2 stars I’m afraid.
Dragged on far too long. Gave up 3 quarters of the way. The narration was dull.
Just didn’t enjoy this one unfortunately.

I’m afraid I did not gel to this one! It dragged on and on - I couldn’t finish it.

It was an ok story though I didn’t really care about any of the characters. The narrator’s inconsistent accents were quite distracting. Although it wasn’t a very engaging story I stuck with it.
