I loved this book and fount I felt very involved with the chacters which were well portrayed. Excellent narration and the concept of the Royals struggling to cope with life on benefits was very funny. I will listen to this again and again!

A wonderful snapshot recalling the royal characters and quaint ways of Britain, embellished with a funny twist, if republican sentiments played out. A delightful fictional narrative with a wonderful exploration of character viewpoints.

I loved this on cassette and it’s a comforting flashback to childhood listening to it as an adult. My daughter loves it too. We’ve both listened to it hundreds of times and it never gets old. Funny, well narrated, well written. I prefer this book to Queen Camilla. That’s good too, but this is better.

I had this on cassette as a child and it takes me back
