Özet

The Property Developers Blueprint

Have you ever wanted more time, freedom and money?

Do you want to spend more time with the family, enjoy your hobbies, be in great health, travel the world and live life on your terms?

Do you want to sack the boss, stop working for customers and not have to go through life worrying about paying the bills or what things cost ?

The only way you are going to get all of this is to start working on a strategy that is proven to deliver all of these things, and stop doing what you are currently doing by being a busy fool, working hard until you retire at 70, if and a big if, you even live that long. The system has you trapped, but luckily for you you’ve found this book and there is a way out.

Just imagine working 5-6 months a year and never being paid less than £100,000 ever again, maybe £500,000 or even £1,000.000! Now this may sound far-fetched at the moment in your current situation, but this book will teach you the step by step the system that has delivered results like this time after time, not just for me but for many of my students.

Content interesting and helpful but production quality extremely poor, obvious repeated takes, corrections left in, and unintended private background noise.

Good content but....

As a carpenter/builder, this book opens your eyes to what can be done!! To take away the everyday grind of day works or pricing jobs way into the night! I cannot wait to further educate myself with Andy!

Shame, possibly could have been a good read but couldn’t stop laughing to myself! Oh well

Can’t get past chapter 3 🤣 I think the narrator is drunk! 🥴 quite entertaining really

I was really looking forward to listening to this book and it got off to a great start but then, the narrator seemed to struggle. Couple that with a lack of editing and not removing the re-reads, burps and other strange noises, I found it hard to follow at times.

Great book but terrible delivery

Although the other reviews are correct, the recording at times is a bit pants. Chapter 3 is the main one with issue throughout the whole chapter. The rest are minor.
The overall story was good, it’s nice to relate to a bricky and hear a success story.
The actual details compared to other books are not all there.
Over all not too bad.

I can relate as a tradesman
