She became their nanny to destroy their marriage. Falling for one of them was never part of the plan.

Audible Originals presents a seductive, slow-burning romantic thriller of revenge, obsession and dangerous attraction, perfect for fans of The White Lotus and Sarah A. Denzil, narrated by Billie Piper, Ellie Bamber and Daniel Ings.

Daisy has spent years rehearsing this - the smile, the voice, the version of herself people trust. Now, as a nanny, she’s finally inside the world of Anna Woodburn, the celebrated tech visionary, mother and the woman who destroyed Daisy's life.

On a sun-drenched private island in the Seychelles, Daisy begins to unpick the threads of Anna’s marriage, intricately plotting her revenge. But Anna and her husband Theo are playing games of their own.

Before long, the three of them are locked in a perilous triangle of seduction where forbidden desires and the thrill of control means nobody is telling the truth...

Definitely a slow-burner, so much so that it nearly went out.
I wouldn’t call this a thriller, more lurching from one seduction scene to the next. Maybe if there had been less of these scenes there would have been room for an actual story!

Disappointing

This book started off ok, wasn’t quite sure where exactly the story was going, I persevered with it but unfortunately for me it didn’t really improve. The characters were quite dull , the actors were ok but didn’t improve the story. Quite disappointed with the ending, sorry !!

Nothing

I did finish this book as it was intriguing enough and well-read, I liked that there was background noise too. Quite entertaining. The story had holes however and the characters weren’t believable, it all got a bit ridiculous

Far-fetched and a bit silly

Unfortunately despite great performances from the cast the story is really not engaging, half way through Cpt 4 and I just can't be bothered to continue. I think this is only the second DNF this year but the plot is really irritating me

Given up already!

Was not a great story unfortunately. I had high hopes with Billy Piper reading, I thought it might be a decent story but it wasn’t!

Good narration poor story
