I really like the teachings of John C. Maxwell. In my opinion I believe he is the leading authority on the subject of leadership. Although it's not good to put someone on a pedestal, I have found John C. Maxwell's teachings to be not only inspiring, but also very reflective. I believe that this audiobook is a resource to have in your personal library because it discusses about the important subject of developing yourself as a potential leader. If you decide to buy it I hope you enjoy listening to it.
