Sophia loves cats but her parents think she and her sister are too young to have one of their own. So when a tiny kitten creeps through the fence from next door’s garden, Sophia immediately falls in love with her.
Then Sophia hears that her neighbours are moving away. She won’t get to see Willow any more! To her surprise, though, the little kitten is left behind. Can Sophia convince Mum and Dad to give Willow a new home?

Eleştirmen yorumları
'A cute story about kindness and caring as well as doing the right thing. A great story for compassionate kids. Kids will love hearing about the cute kitten, all the little trials the kitten and Sophia go through and of course, the happy ending where they become family.' (Youth Services Book Review)
'THE KITTEN NEXT DOOR is a heartwarming story about a stray kitten and a little girl who loves cats. We get to see the perspective from both the kitten when she's alone and the little girl named Sophia. With a misunderstanding about the owner, the kitten spends more days alone and it shows children the importance of lending a hand to those animals in need. I love how in the end, Sophia gets her dream come true.' (YA and kids! Books Central)
