Scarred by the Remnant Realm, Hump must reclaim his soul.

Hump and his companions return to Sheercliff City to find a region plagued by monsters—bad news for most, but for a hedge wizard, it's just good business.

With the gorger dead and the bond with his unhatched dragon growing quickly, Hump looked forward to some ordinary adventures. Yet trouble finds him as the Inquisition arrives, accusing him of his master's murder. It seems there is more to the old man's death than he believed.

Countess Daston offers him a way out—in exchange for her protection, his party is enlisted to fight the monster surge. Warlocks walk the city streets, and newly spawned dungeons threaten the city's existence. To survive, Hump must consolidate his strength and delve deeper into the potential of the Book of Infinite Pages.

The White Flame will be born.

The Hedge Wizard 3 is book three in a progression fantasy LitRPG series about a working-class wizard out to forge his own path and prove that one does not have to be Chosen to do great deeds.

I'm SO glad the the author hasn't given up on the Hump/Selayne romance (I wasnt a fan of the lady from the last book), the lore drops were awesomeness (world building is going amazing) and it was an absolutely perfect listen to accompany me in my subnautica playthrough.

I'd say the ONLY hitch I notice is the repetition of words and phrases often, usually to do with essence in the spellcasting. It's far less noticeable than in the first and second books, as the third and this one really showcase Mr Mahers growth and skill as a writer, but it's still something that pops out at me often.

Can't wait for book 5, and 6 7 8 9 10 while I'm at it.

I absolutely loved this series, by far one of my favourite fantasy series. It's well-written, innovative and utterly addictive. The relationships and progression makes total sense and is heartwarming. I cannot recommend it more highly and only ask the author to make the 4th book available on audible.

LOVED IT, NEED THE NEXT ONE

Another MASTERFUL performance by Tim Gerard Reynolds, the man is a legend 🙌🏼
The story is brilliantly paced and so well structured. Each main character has their moments, the main characters story is so well presented, not pushed or shoved down your throat be gently and evenly drawn in, hooked for the climax. Straight in for book 4

Wow, just wow 😮
