Texas senator Peter Shaw is on top of the world until a terrible accident leaves him severely injured and in a coma. In an attempt to warn mankind against the consequences of inbreeding, Hawk, a powerful Neanderthal shaman, reaches forward in time and takes Peter back 45,000 years to witness the demise of the Neanderthal at the hands of the Homo sapiens mutation.
After his experience, Peter finds Alicia Fielder, a young journalist, and tells her his story. Together, spanning continents and time itself, they try to confirm his vision and the truth of the Neanderthal extinction.
This exciting, thought-provoking story will leave you with a different understanding of the Old Testament and the Neanderthal civilization.
