Really got a kick out of listening to this fascinating and, probably for a lot of people relevant audiobook. I loved the life-balance aspect to the story, often this area is being completely overlooked, but is oh so important!

Such an interesting listen. Would highly recommend to any one in business. Learnt a lot and will definitely be listening again to make sure I pick up all the points discussed.

works well in audiobook format. Great intro to the fundamentals of LEAN. The case study was more difficult to go through in audio format, would benefit from supporting documentation.

This was on an extended reading list for the Operations module of an MBA. If you want to understand the Operations principles this is an essential read and so much better than a text book.
