Dr. Richardson is recruited by a secret society of powerful arsenals comprising of the world's most powerful, toughest, and richest men in the world to develop a serum that will bring to an end the suffering of mankind.
In his defense, when asked, he assures the panel that the model he's building will not only reset the cravings, plus the desires of men for war, but will leave behind a pack of good memories of how the world can be a better place. This, he says, will ensure that the mind remains in its state of peace and sanity while trying to keep the nation peaceful.
