He steals their eyes to make them see...
In London, a new kind of criminal is on the loose... one who seems to be making a game of collecting his victims' eyes and setting them free to wander the streets blind.

And then the game turns deadly.

Detective Erica Swift knows the case will steal time from her family, but she has no choice. The psychopath must be stopped. But a chance encounter drags a horrific event in Erica’s past to collide with her present.

The murderer has one thing on their mind…

Revenge.

And now Erica’s name might be on the killer’s list.©2020 M.K. Farrar (P)2022 W. F. Howes Ltd Crime Thrillers Gerilim Kurgu Mystery Polisiye Prosedür Psychological Suspense Suç Thriller & Suspense Heyecan verici Oyun

I really enjoyed this first book in a series by M K Farrar. It was a quick listen but kept me entertained all the way through right from the first compelling chapter through to the exciting finale. The book is action packed and the book is quite dark with some horrific murders. I liked DI Erica Swift, who had a lot to deal with both at work and at home where she has a young child and also her father living with her, who suffers from dementia.

Excellent narration by Emma Gregory.

Excellent start to a series

I’d had this in my library for a while and kept putting it off, really don’t know why. It’s a great story with interesting characters. Extremely well read.
