An exceptional thriller that blew me away with its original, high-octane plot, jaw-dropping twists and characters I cared about. When I wasn't reading The Drift I was thinking about it. A writer at the top of her game (CLAIRE DOUGLAS)
A truly terrifying, ice-cold chiller from the master of macabre. C.J. Tudor should be on everyone's must-read list (CHRIS WHITAKER)
Chilling . . . Her most complex and terrifying yet. The three intriguing locked-room mysteries in an eerie end-of-the-world setting provide the springboard for an enjoyable, fast-paced and captivating thrill ride. You'll be on tenterhooks throughout as the story builds inexorably to a grand reveal and a shocking finale
C.J. Tudor is a genre fiction pioneer. With every new book, she manages to achieve what most writers can only dream of, and The Drift is no exception. Taut, action-packed and oh-so-clever, this thrilling rollercoaster of a ride takes the reader on a journey into the frozen unknown
Whoa! I raced through this in a couple of days. SO good, SO gripping, SO clever. A runaway train of a book (JANE FALLON)
Sublimely executed, this is a dystopian thriller of real class.
Fast-paced with twists and thrills, this brutally chilling novel will keep you on tenterhooks
Atmospheric, with suspense dialled up to the max, and at times heavily claustrophobic, this is a page-turner which flirts heavily with horror and delivers on all counts
A chilling, captivating thrill ride
Fast-paced atmospheric story

CJ Tudor does not disappoint - I usually don’t do “ dystopian “ but all the suspense and twists and turns of CJ style here
The narration is brilliant - especially Richard Armitage - bringing the story to life and building up the suspense
Slowly the links between the three narratives emerge - and I worked it out just before
The title of the book is extremely clever ( once you’ve listened you will know what I mean ! )
Just loved it

Brilliant narration and a suspense story

I very nearly gave up about three chapters in. There are a lot of characters in each of the stories in this book and I would normally struggle to keep track of them all. But I am so glad I carried on.

First off the narrators are good. Each one was the same pace and no stupid voices when doing female or males voices.

The amazing way the author has weaved all the people together in this book until the end was just genius.

It is fast paced the entire time and the story had me engaged so much I listened to this book in one day.
I have waited for a new book by this author for so long and it didn’t disappoint. My definite five star read.

A genius book.

An excellent story with great performances from the narrators. The only downside is I have to wait for the next one to come out!

CJ Tudor just gets better!

This was absolutely THRILLING! I felt like I was part of the story, the twists were brilliant .
Fabulous narration too.
The 3 groups of people had me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next.
This would make an excellent movie.
Survival, snow and secrets. Loved it!

What a ride!

I was quite confused at first but when I got into the book I was hooked. Three stories with multiple characters which you do wonder where it is going but bear with it as it all comes together. It is dark, complex and very different to the author's other novel's.

A really clever but very different C J Tudor book.
