I thought I was trying out to be the Zoric's newest model, but Luka was auditioning wives.

The last time I saw Luka Zoric, he left me stranded in his bed.

This time, I'm the one holding the cards.

He needs a bride, some good PR to redeem his playboy image.

All I need is a contract to set my plan in motion.

And a ring.

The sham arrangement fits right into my agenda.

I wasn’t expecting to feel something for my fake husband.

But maybe I'm getting sick of pretending.

Maybe I want to find something real.

And just maybe, Luka does too.

I hope so. Because if he finds out what I've done, this sham falls into shambles.

And I'm starting to think my heart will, too.

OK, so this is my second review, as I've changed my mind a bit.. the books are not bad. Second book was a bit annoying, hence annoyed first review.. but at the end it's not bad.

overall - not bad

This is a slow burn HEA on off turbulent relationship it definitely had me invested although sometimes my head was spinning are they on? are the off? I had conflicting thoughts on Luka’s behaviour and treatment to Brooklyn but you really have to stick with the series to fully understand him I’m glad I did A beautiful storyline delivered by the perfect narrators bringing it all to life the talented Elena Wolfe and Sebastian York.

Narration is excellent Elena Wolfe is top notch, Sebastian York is very good but I'm not too keen on his voice but that's just me can't take anything away from the production and quality of this audiobook hence 5 stars all round.
