“The Saint” has returned for his abandoned bride.

Mirabella can hardly remember the man she married as a girl to settle a gaming debt between their fathers. And it’s just as well. She feels nothing but contempt for the man who wed her for her fortune and promptly forgot she existed. The ton may call him “The Saint” but Bella knows better.

Forced to marry as a teen to rescue his family from certain ruin, Sebastian has been apart from his child bride since their wedding day. When he encounters an enchanting impish beauty at the opera, he is thrilled to find that she is none other than his long-ago bride, and he is more than ready to make her his wife in truth.

Too bad the beguiling beauty has no intention of coming meekly to the marriage bed.

Loved the performance, one of the best I have ever listened to (and I have listened to lots). The story itself wasn't bad just some annoying bits like the main character's insistence he married her just for money even after the Duke clarified things. And the whole title thing how it keeps coming up that he doesn't care for it but ends up being given one anyway. And I could name a few more, but would still recommend

Not bad

I read and enjoyed this book before I listened to it on audible. If I proves on narration, and John Hartley’s performance as. Narrator gives extra depth and life to the whole.

Better as a listen than a read

Narrators ability to do different voices brought the story alive.
The plot is a bit unlikely but I enjoyed it nevertheless and would recommend the series

Excellent narration

Story and narration (PLEASE PAY ATENTION, Amazon) were both excellent for romances of their kind. But I begin to despair that Amazon will pay any attention whatsoever to these reviews.

Story & narration perfect

The heroine would have tried a saint - and she did. A bit too much gratuitous sex my taste but not a bad story over all.
