After two years and too many lost troops, Navy medic Max de Milles is ready to go home. Her last tour is up in four days and she will soon be catching a transport to the States. Life is looking good until she gets detailed to evacuate a humanitarian group in south Somalia.

Rachel Winslow and her Red Cross team are caught in the crossfire during a vicious civil uprising, but she refuses to abandon her team members as the rebels close in on their camp. By the time Max and the Black Hawk arrive, it may already be too late.

Hunted by extremists, Max and Rachel are forced to work together if they are to survive, and in the process, discover something far more lasting.

I love the way Radcliffe writes. This book leads one into a jungle of lust and fear but ends with love. A fast moving and very descriptive tale. I loved listening to it.

Yet another awesome book.

I don't think I can do this justice with my words but this story and narration are utter perfection. It's a stand alone story part of a series but its also the stand out story for sure. I loved the previous Betsy Zajko narration but goodness it shows when a quality narrator takes the reins.

Just amazing.

A fabulous audiobook from 2014. Full of action, adventure, danger, excitement, heartache and passion between a 'wounded' hero and a woman with the strength to go against expectations. Abby Craden does a great job too; these were the days when she didn't just dial it in.

Radclyffe at her very best - they don't make them like this anymore

I have enjoyed the Author and loved her storylines and it makes the experience even better by Abby's narration. The best narrator out there and I feel she brought life to the wonderful characters that was so perfectly penned.

Loved it
