Spanning the genres of fantasy and science fiction, this collection features stories from beyond the bounds of Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere universe.

Along with the never-before-seen novella 'Moment Zero', Tailored Realities will include 'Snapshot', 'Perfect State', 'Defending Elysium' (a novella set within the world of Skyward), and five other stories that were originally published individually elsewhere - never before collected into one volume, and many never before available in print.

The collection will also include a stunning black-and-white illustration for each story.©2025 Brandon Sanderson Anthologies & Short Stories Epic Fantasy Bilim Kurgu Kurgu

It's hard to describe what to expect from this book, but you get some of almost everything, and in the brilliant Brandon way. Highly recommend!

Great collection of Sanderson stories. Fun read and good mix of short and slightly longer. Worth a read.

Great sci-fi collection

It’s great to see Sanderson’s writing in a variety of forms and genres. Some excellent ideas explored with his usual excellent pacing. Perhaps a little too dependent on twists, but he acknowledges that himself in the postscripts.

Excellent collection outside his norm

I did not like the emphasis on military settings and the emphasis on masculine goals, however there were some fascinating stories which created a balance

This is great Sanderson writing without being tied down to the Cosmere (which I love, but nice to see something different).

Nice collection. Great speculative fiction.
