Can you fall for someone you've never even met?

Hailey Taylor Emery has a hunch that her favorite client at Fetch - an anonymous virtual assistant service - is actually hockey star Matt Eriksson. Although it's against the rules for her to check his file, she's 95 percent sure she spends at least part of each day texting with her lifelong crush and catering to his every need. I really did enjoy it. I liked the story line, the character, the voice actors ( although I didn't like Lucy's Rivers male voice). The book made me laugh, but is it weird that what made me laugh the most was Blake Riley. Blake is one of my favourite characters ever. And this book so good, but "Good Boy" will reamin my favourite.

I enjoyed this. Mostly because it's a sports(ish) romance written by two of the icons of the genre. Not gonna lie, most if not all of the issues in this book, Hailey's divorce and her potential buyout from her rich person outsourcing job, Matt's divorce and his overbearing ex wife, and the baggage both drama creates in the burgeoning relationship between Matt and Hailey could have been resolved by TALKING. That said, I did find this to be a quick read but I feel like I would have given it a much higher rating if I had read it closer to reading book 1 in this series and not waiting literal years later. Matt is a pretty awesome hero though, all things considered. And Hailey is a baddie.

Great easy read. Just makes your heart melt. There doesn't always have to be endless heartbreaking drama before a book can be called great.

This just leaves you with s nice warm feeling all the way through. I love Matt!! .. such a great lead character

Read the book a couple of years ago and fell in love with the characters
Jacob Morgan gave an amazing performance of Matt with both humour and 🔥
So very going to be repeated many times over! Highly recommended; can be read without prior knowledge of the others in the series

This story made me laugh, cry and rage at ex partners. The narration is perfect and I would highly recommend this.
