The galaxy’s greatest alien relic hunters face a malevolent AI bent on destroying all sentient life

Hudson Powell and Tory Bellona scour the galaxy for priceless alien artefacts found inside wrecked starships called Revocaters. Once the guardians of life in the universe, the Revocaters were destroyed by a super-powered AI, known as Goliath. Thwarted before it could finish its task, Goliath has now returned to fulfil its purpose, and wipe out all sentient life in the universe.

Earth is its target and Hudson and Tory are all that stand in its way. Employing their unique skills and abilities, they must search the portal worlds for rare alien crystals—the key to the AI's power—and create a weapon to destroy it.

But with danger at every turn from rival scavengers, corrupt authorities, and a fanatical AI-worshipping death cult, the two heroes must outwit their enemies and navigate treacherous worlds in a pulse-pounding race against time.

With the fate of humanity in the balance, the stakes have never been higher. Can they retrieve the crystals and defeat Goliath before it's too late?

This was a great continuation and strap up to the previous series, Star Scavengers. It's well worth a listen.

I’m halfway through book 4 an I love the series but I cat get over the unerring fact that Hudson is an absolute pussy. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate his role in the story and his morale code but ffs the man is a qua he overthinks at the worst times and never trust him with stuff you wanna keep lol he constantly loses things. That’s my frustrations an tbh they are mine and I have one other this series is bloody brilliant and I highly recommend it

The Hero is all wrong

Intriguing characters who easily capture a listener's imagination. However, the story convinced me that falling in love with a psychopath would not make for an easy relationship. The narration was very good in the way it lifted the story in a way that might not have been attained with another narrator.

Fast paced entertaining sci-fi adventure

the code of the main character is a bit far fetched to say the least but the narrator reeaaaallly needs to practice his character voices, and accents, at least 60% of the characters both male and female have a high pitched whiney voice and the accents on certain ones are hilarious

just ok
