This book is for anyone who has ever had a dream. For anyone who wants to remember how magic works. Romany - diva of magic - is a successful magician. She performs her award-winning, one-woman comedy magic show all over the world in beautiful theaters, making people laugh and wonder.

But as a chubby little girl, her dream of making it in showbiz didn’t look likely. This is not a tale of overnight success but a roller coaster story of determination and persistence. It is about deciding that you’re going to walk stubbornly toward your heart’s desire and not stop until you’re there, trusting that the next step will appear...as if by magic!

I enjoyed it when I read it. But having it read to me by the author herself - well, that takes it to another level. An inspiring tale for anyone and everyone, I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Romany has the most beautiful voice to listen to. it's a beautiful narration of an extraordinary lady who has led the most extraordinary life. Conveying her struggles, triumphs, adventures, magical encounters and love for showbiz takes you on a rollercoaster ride. This is also a book on courage, just saying yes to opportunities and overcoming negative emotions and inner turmoil. Her journey is incredibly inspiring, everyone will be able to take something away from listening to her book and I'd definitely recommend that this book appears on your 'must read' list!

The story of Romany’s rise to one of the top female magicians is a real “page turner”. Her soothing voice was my companion while I was going on my daily bike rides. What a story, so much has happened in her life. It’s also a story of mental health and how to teach for your dreams. I can’t recommend this audiobook enough.

Romany, I met you years ago at an evening party (organised by Breakfast Club Host, Gwen something) where you roamed the room hugely entertaining us with what you had in your pockets. I never forgot you, knew you'd gone to Brighton, tried to find you - then you popped up in my next Audible read. I listened over 24 hours. Magic. I will listen again. Wonder if you still do casual private parties? Know you're a seriously Big Star now. May be I should start saving up for my 80th birthday! Loved every minute of your fabulous reading and your inspiring story.

I loved Romany's story so much. Escapism merging with reality in a most delightful way. What's not to love about her world? Where dreams become reality and gratitude is abundant. It's sweet and exhilarating and I fell a little bit in love. ❤️
