She wasn’t a white dress type of girl....

Hellen Moynihan didn’t have dreams. She had goals. She knew who she was and what she wanted. She also knew what she didn’t. So when her long-term boyfriend didn’t make the grade, she moved on. And when her best friend’s boyfriend showed signs of being a scam artist, Hellen was on the case.

He wasn’t a white hat type of guy....

Dustin “Hardcore” Cutler didn’t have dreams or goals. A troubled past led Core to do something irredeemable. The only thing he and the men of the Resurrection MC could do was vow to live their lives making up for an unforgivable act.

And they did.

This duty leads Core to being a part of a covert protection detail, looking after Hellen Moynihan when trouble is coming to town.

At first, Core finds this dynamo of a woman intriguing, but he’s decided she’s off-limits.

Then Hellen and her friend wade into a multi-state swindling scheme.

Suddenly, off-limits for Core is out the window.

He’s got no choice but to get up close and personal.

Once again Ms Ashley delivers another fabulous story in this new but ongoing series. Loved Hellen and Core together. Catching up with old favourites whilst reading was awesome. This story had a lot of drama, intrigue and love plus heartache. Can’t wait to read and listen to the next book now.

Fabulous story

As always I love Kristen Ashley writing style

The only reason I don’t give 5 stars to this book is because there wasn’t enough romance for me

I read romance books. This was something else… there is a good plot, it was very interesting but again, not enough romance

The heroine was great and although she is 23 or 24, she felt more like a early thirties kinda of gal (except when she was being reckless with her besties)

The book felt very heavy and I just never got a relief… the prologue was good but by then I lost interest

Guys KA is a great writer, and I’m sure many people will love this book, if you are reading this…. Give this book a chance. It’s just a shame it wasn’t for me

Beautiful written

… and a huge plus is that the narrators read as adults and FOR adults!

I’ve read all of KA books and loved most of them. Could not finish past chapter 4.
Too much time is spent on inconsequential and boring details. Getting a refund

Awful
