I enjoyed this considerably more than Shopaholic & Sister. Becky Bloomwood remains one of those fictional characters whose company I genuinely love, despite her many questionable decisions.

The book was so entertaining that I found myself listening for hours at a time, sometimes even while doing repetitive tasks at work. I kept wanting to return to it, which is probably the clearest indication of how much I was enjoying myself.

Sophie Kinsella has a wonderful ability to make Becky’s flaws funny and endearing without pretending they’re admirable. The humour feels affectionate and self-aware, and that’s a big part of why this series works so well for me.

A thoroughly enjoyable, comforting listen.

We come to book 5 in the series of 'Shopaholics' & this was a lush listen!

Becky is pregnant and this brings a whole new dynamic to the world of Shopping
Sophie Kinsella is a fantastic author and I love how she has stayed true to keeping the character of 'Becky Brandon' the same whilst also evolving.

I loved Becky being pregnant, it was so funny, pure Chicklit at it's best! So you won't forget some Becky Brandon Escapism 😂

I hate 'Abridged' books, as it's like ripping the middle pages of a book out and being left with the beginning and end.
So I have been waiting for this UNABRIDGED book to be released and it was absolutely great. All of the 'Shopaholic' books are brilliant.


The new narrator of these unabridged listens 'Nell Hudson' has done their job well, which is needed in a narrator.

I spent my credits on these books/listens and they are totally worth it, so yes I recommend them ALL!

BOOK 5 Becky becomes a Mummy 4 🌟 BRILLIANCE

Was looking forward to reading this by one of my favourite authors, and I have read all the Shopaholic series, but frankly i was disappointed, found it boring and dragged out in all directions, wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
